Go to the dollar store and buy some silk flowers. Bring them home and take apart the flower. You want to only use the silk part of the flower. You can toss or find some other way to use the plastic pieces.
Fold your paper in half too make a square.
Hot glue your flower with a button on the top of it.
Open up the little card and write "To" and "From"
